Terms of Service

All items are custom made and therefore all sales are final.  Exchanges or refunds will not be processed except in cases where a mistake is made due to our error (for example, personalization is spelled wrong, the design is backwards, etc).

 Please message us if you have any questions at all about sizing, colors or anything else.  We will be happy to help you! The screen print transfers or vinyl designs are not made to stretch, and we are not responsible for any cracking or other issues due to sizing.  

 By fulfilling the invoice or checking out via the website, you agree that you  understand and agree to these terms and conditions.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
If a refund/return is approved, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
